Best Soap I've Found
I first came across this product in a Four Seasons hotel. It was so good that I brought several home.This is a hard-milled verbena (lemon scent) soap that rinses away cleanly and does not soften in the soap dish. As a result, a bar of it lasts longer than other soaps. And you come away feeling (and smelling) clean.At 8.8 ounces (over half a pound) the bar is larger than the average bath/shower soap, which also helps it to last longer. longest lasting soap, and great for the skin
I stayed at the Four Seasons Hotel twice for work, and they would put out small bars of this. I brought several home, and a year later, I'm still using the 3 small bars and 2 large bars (100 grams or 3.5 oz) I brought. They last forever, smell divine, clean well, and don't get mushy. I've almost run out, so am buying them online, and they are not cheap, but considering how long they lasted me, I'd say it's worth it.

healthy little plant, shipped fast
I REALLY wanted some Lemon Verbena for my garden, but couldn't find any locally. Hirt's Gardens via Amazon is one of the few growers that ships, but after reading the poor reviews, I just kept changing my mind about ordering it.I finally took the leap a few weeks ago and I'm *so* glad I did.The plant arrived within 3 days of my order (I'm in Southwest Florida) and was packed fairly well, especially for such an inexpensive shipping charge. The foliage was a bit compressed, but because it was packed so firmly, that was to be expected.I gently removed it from packaging (the smell inside the box was heavenly!!) and followed the directions Hirt's sent along with the plant. I was planning on repotting the plant immediately, but I didn't- Hirt's recommended giving it a few ounces of water at a time and leaving it in a sunny spot inside the house for a few days to let it "recover" from being shipped. Product Description

Lemon Verbena (Aloysia triphylla). Lemon Verbena is a shrub that grows to a height of 2-4 feet in most of the US. In very hot climates it grows much taller. It has a woody trunk and branches with tender stems holding long pointed leaves. Small, pale mauve flowers are produced from summer to autumn. Leaves have a strong lemon fragrance and flavor.

Cultivation:
Propagate from cuttings taken in spring or summer. Protect from frost by planting in a sheltered area. If you have a sunny location in your home, bringing it indoors for winter. It makes an excellent house plant! Plant in a sunny area. Prefers a neutral pH and good drainage. Prune hard in autumn.

Harvesting:
Cut leaves as needed and save all prunings for drying.

Culinary Uses:
Sprinkle over salads or vegetables for a lemony flavor. Use to flavor stuffings for meat.Stir into herb butter or cottage cheese. Makes a refreshing tea in combination with mint or alone. Good served iced. Use liberally when on a low salt diet. Try combining with dried celery and lovage leaves.

Other Uses:

Husband LOVES IT!
I bought this shower gel for my husband because he LOVES the smell of Verbena. Most "Verbena" scents have other things like "lemon" or "lime" mixed in, which he doesn't like. He just likes plain "Verbena" and L'Occitane has been the only brand that makes just Verbena. He uses it every day and comes out of the shower smelling wonderful.
